Rachel Kramer | Associate  
 

Rachel Kramer is an Associate with Bracy Tucker Brown & Valanzano.  Since joining the firm in 2005, she has provided a range of services for our clients.  An excellent writer, Rachel is responsible for a number of external communications projects, including the LIHEAP Databook, LIHEAP Newswire, and Tel-Intelligence, the newsletter of the TeleCommUnity alliance. 

Ms. Kramer is responsible for internal coalition management for both the Campaign for Home Energy Assistance and TeleCommUnity, including member services and coordination and design and maintenance of coalition websites and print materials.

Ms. Kramer's background in professional arts management serves her well at BTBV. In the past two years, she has had a lead role in production management for the fifth and sixth Future of Music Policy Summits, and organized and managed Capitol Hill advocacy days, briefings and press events on issues ranging from media and arts policy to home energy assistance for the poor.

With a Masters Degree in Arts Management from American University, Ms. Kramer is particularly engaged in our arts practice, working with American Ballet Theatre, the Future of Music Coalition and the Center for Native American Public Radio on a wide range of policy issues that directly impact the arts community.

Ms. Kramer is a native of Ashland, Oregon.
